Grilled Chicken and Gouda Cheese Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped plantains
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the gouda cheese, broccoli, plantains, basil, garlic, onion, and cream.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into thin strips and add it to the bowl.
6. Toss everything together until combined.
7. Serve the chicken and cheese bowl warm. Enjoy!
