Grilled Chicken and Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:

-1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
-1 large onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
-2 large tomatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.

3. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the two.

4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

5. Serve the skewers hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
