Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (piletina)
- 2 eggs (jaja)
- 2 cups of mixed greens (zelena salata)
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley (persun)
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion (nar)
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (semenke)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

5. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

7. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, parsley, red onion, sesame seeds, and cooked eggs.

8. Slice the chicken and add it to the salad.

9. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

10. Serve and enjoy!
