Grilled Chicken Thighs with Avocado and Pear Salsa
Ingredients:
-4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
-1 ripe avocado, diced
-2 ripe pears, diced
-1/4 cup diced red onion
-1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken thighs for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, diced pears, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
5. Season the salsa with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve the grilled chicken thighs with the avocado and pear salsa. Enjoy!
