Grilled Chicken with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons citron melisse, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the chopped mint, citron melisse, and basil.
5. Once the chicken is cooked through, top with the herb mixture and serve.
