Grilled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
-4 ears of corn
-1/4 cup of butter
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon of chili powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Peel back the husks of the corn and remove the silk.
4. Brush the corn with the butter and oil mixture, making sure to coat each ear evenly.
5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
6. Remove the corn from the grill and serve warm. Enjoy!
