Grilled Entremeada and Rice

Ingredients:

-1 Entremeada (pork loin)
-2 cups cooked rice
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

2. Rub the Entremeada with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the Entremeada on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

4. Remove the Entremeada from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

5. Meanwhile, heat the cooked rice in a saucepan over medium heat.

6. Serve the Entremeada sliced and the rice alongside. Enjoy!
