Grilled Fish with Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Brush the fish fillets with the olive oil mixture.
4. Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, heat the cooked rice in a saucepan over medium heat.
6. Once the fish is cooked, serve the fish over the rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
