Grilled Fish with Tumeric and Garlic
Ingredients:
-2 fillets of white fish (such as tilapia, cod, or haddock)
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of tumeric
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, tumeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets.
4. Place the fish on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
