Grilled Lamb Neck with Bass and Fennel
Ingredients:
2 lamb necks
2 bass fillets
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the lamb necks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the lamb necks on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once.
4. Meanwhile, toss the fennel slices with the remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the fennel slices on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once.
6. Place the bass fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once.
7. Remove the lamb necks, bass fillets, and fennel from the grill and serve with a side of meatloaf, salad, peach slices, eggplant, and watermelon. Enjoy!
