Grilled Ribeye with Shrimp and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1/2 pound of shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of cornflower
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the steaks reach your desired doneness.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the shrimp and cornflower. Toss to coat the shrimp.
4. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
5. Steam the broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
6. In a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat.
7. To assemble, divide the cooked rice between two plates. Top with the grilled ribeye steaks, shrimp, and broccoli. Drizzle with the tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
