Grilled Salmon with Coconut Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

-Half of a salmon
-2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1 squash, diced
-1 turnip, diced
-2 carrots, diced
-2 tomatoes, diced
-2 green onions, sliced
-1 sarano Chile, diced
-1 onion, diced
-1 cucumber, diced
-1 zucchini, diced
-1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
-1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of garlic salt
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-1 can of cream of coconut
-1 cup of watermelon, diced

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bell pepper, squash, turnip, carrots, tomatoes, green onions, sarano Chile, onion, cucumber, zucchini, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, tomato paste, and cream of coconut. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

3. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine the watermelon with the vegetable mixture.

5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from the grill and top with the vegetable and watermelon mixture.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
