Grilled Sausage Pita Pockets

Ingredients:

-2 pita breads

-1 can of baked beans

-1/2 cup of chopped romaine lettuce

-2 cooked sausages, sliced

-1/4 cup of diced onion

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Place the pita breads on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.

3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.

4. Add the cooked sausage slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

5. In a medium bowl, combine the baked beans, lettuce, and cooked sausage and onion.

6. Divide the mixture between the two pita breads.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
