Recipe: Grilled Seabass with Lime and Yellow Pepper

Ingredients:
- 2 seabass fillets
- 1 lime
- 1 yellow pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the seabass fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Slice the yellow pepper into thin strips.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the seabass fillets and place them on the grill.
5. Add the yellow pepper strips to the grill as well.
6. Grill the seabass for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
7. Grill the yellow pepper strips until they are slightly charred and tender.
8. Remove the seabass and yellow pepper from the grill and serve hot.
9. Garnish with additional lime slices if desired.
