Grilled Seafood Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1/2 lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
-1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1/2 lb swordfish, cut into cubes
-2 cups cooked white rice
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the squid, shrimp, and swordfish cubes. Add the olive oil, garlic, and salt, and mix until the seafood is evenly coated.

3. Place the seafood on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the seafood is cooked through.

4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked white rice, parsley, and cooked seafood. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

5. Serve the grilled seafood rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
