Grilled Squid
Ingredients:
-1 lb. squid, cleaned and cut into rings
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the squid, salt, garlic, and olive oil. Mix until the squid is evenly coated.
3. Place the squid on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the squid is cooked through and lightly charred.
4. Serve the grilled squid hot. Enjoy!
