Recipe Name: Habanero Salsa

Ingredients:
- 3 Chile Habanero peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Start by preparing the ingredients. Remove the stems from the Chile Habanero peppers and roughly chop them. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the cilantro leaves. Chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

2. In a blender or food processor, add the chopped Chile Habanero peppers, diced tomatoes, cilantro leaves, chopped onion, minced garlic, and lime juice.

3. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If you prefer a chunkier salsa, blend for a shorter time.

4. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and add the salt, cumin powder, and dried oregano. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

5. Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. You can add more salt, lime juice, or spices if desired.

6. Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This will enhance the taste.

7. Once the salsa has rested, give it a final stir and transfer it to a clean jar or airtight container.

8. The Habanero Salsa is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve it as a dip with tortilla chips, as a topping for tacos, or as a spicy condiment for your favorite dishes.

Note: Be cautious when handling Chile Habanero peppers as they are extremely spicy. It is recommended to wear gloves or wash your hands thoroughly after handling them. Adjust the amount of peppers according to your spice tolerance.
