Ingredients:
- 500g Hähnchenbrust (chicken breast), diced
- 500g Kartoffeln (potatoes), peeled and sliced
- 2 Tomaten (tomatoes), sliced
- 1 Lauch (leek), sliced
- 2 Knoblauchzehen (garlic cloves), minced
- 3 Eier (eggs)
- 1 Zwiebel (onion), diced
- Pfeffer (pepper) to taste
- Salz (salt) to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the diced chicken breast until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced leek and cook until softened.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
6. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, cooked chicken breast, sautéed vegetables, and sliced tomatoes.
7. Pour the beaten eggs over the layers in the baking dish.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the eggs are set.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
