Ham and Avocado Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 ounces diced ham
- 4 ounces cooked noodles
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
4. Add the onion and ham to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened and the ham is lightly browned.
5. Add the noodles and stir to combine.
6. Add the scrambled eggs back to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the diced avocado and stir to combine.
8. Serve the noodle bowl warm. Enjoy!
