Ham and Cheese Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese
- 2 slices of hamon, diced
- 1/4 cup of cooked beans
- 2 flour tortillas
Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the cheese, hamon, and beans to the eggs and stir to combine.
4. Place the mixture onto one of the tortillas and top with the other tortilla.
5. Carefully flip the burrito over and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
