Ham and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili powder to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the eggs are set, about 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
4. Place the ham and cheese on one slice of bread and top with the cooked eggs.
5. Sprinkle chili powder over the eggs and top with the other slice of bread.
6. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
7. Serve the sandwich warm. Enjoy!
