Ham and Cheese Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups of cooked rice
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs with the milk until cooked through.
2. Add the tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and ham to the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted and the vegetables are softened.
3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the ingredients are combined.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
