Ham and Cheese Omelet
Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 slices of ham, diced
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-2 tablespoons chopped dried tomatoes
-2 slices of bread
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
3. Add the eggs to the skillet and let them cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the diced ham, shredded cheese, and chopped dried tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
6. Toast the bread in a toaster or in the skillet.
7. Serve the omelet on the toasted bread. Enjoy!
