Make Ham and Cheese Omelet
Ham and Cheese Omelet
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-1/4 cup diced ham
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 cup diced onion
-1 tablespoon butter
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
3. Add the diced onion and ham and cook until the onion is softened and the ham is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are almost set, about 3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the omelet and cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
6. Carefully fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
