Make Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons jam
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bell peppers and potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and jam until combined.
4. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle the cheese and ham over the top of the omelette.
6. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
