Make Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-3 tablespoons of milk
-3 tablespoons of chopped ham
-3 tablespoons of shredded cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until blended.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
3. Once the butter is melted, add the egg mixture to the skillet and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the chopped ham and shredded cheese over the top of the omelette.
5. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Carefully flip the omelette over and let it cook for 1 more minute.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the omelette warm and enjoy!
