Make Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ham and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons diced jambon
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and yogurt until combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the jambon and cheese to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
