Ham and Cheese Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of powder pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 can of tuna
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, shredded cheese, eggs, powder pepper, salt, and paprika.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Drain the can of tuna and spread it evenly over the top of the casserole.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
