Ham and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of diced pickles
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

3. Meanwhile, spread the mustard onto one side of each slice of bread.

4. Top one slice of bread with the ham, scrambled eggs, onion, pickles, lettuce, and paprika.

5. Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly.

6. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat.

7. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
