Make Ham and Mushroom Omelette
Ham and Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces of cooked ham, diced
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until blended.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the mushrooms and ham to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are softened and the ham is lightly browned.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
5. Flip the omelette over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the other side is lightly browned.
6. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
