Ham and Pea Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Place the potatoes in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the ham and peas.
5. Pour the cream over the top and dot with butter.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
