Ham and Pesto Penne
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound diced ham
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ham and carrots and cook until the ham is lightly browned and the carrots are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked penne to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the pesto and stir to coat the pasta.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve warm. Enjoy!
