Make Ham and Spinach Fried Rice
Ham and Spinach Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cooked rice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the ham and spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and add the eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, then mix them into the rice.
4. Add the diced avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
