Make Ham and Tomato Rice

Ham and Tomato Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice

- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the ham and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and garlic powder and stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
