Make Ham and Vegetable Pasta
Ham and Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
-1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
-1 lb. pasta of your choice
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-1 cup of your favorite vegetables, diced (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain the pasta and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
5. Add the diced ham and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Add the sour cream, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
