Hash Brown Egg Bake
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 cups shredded potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
4. Pour the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
7. Crack the eggs over the top of the cheese and potatoes.
8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked through.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
