Make Hazelnut Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae
Recipe: Hazelnut Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Hazelnut Cream
- 2 cups Milk
- 100g Chocolate Bar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 scoops Ice Cream
- Chocolate Sauce
- Strawberry Sauce
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat. Add the hazelnut cream, chocolate bar (broken into pieces), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and milk powder. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream mixture and fold gently until fully incorporated.
5. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. To assemble the sundae, scoop the hazelnut chocolate ice cream into a serving bowl. Drizzle with chocolate and strawberry sauce.
7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with hazelnuts or chocolate shavings.
