Healthy Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

1. Toast the two slices of whole wheat bread until lightly golden.

2. Spread the peanut butter evenly on one slice of the toast.

3. Arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter.

4. Drizzle the honey over the banana slices.

5. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the honey.

6. Place the other slice of toast on top of the banana slices.

7. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
