Healthy Chicken and Egg Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked mutton
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
5. Add the cheese, rice, tomato, salt, pasta, and pepper and stir to combine.
6. Add the mutton and stir to combine.
7. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
8. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
