Instructions:
1. Cook the rice and noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, and cumin.
5. Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth powder. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. In a separate pan, heat sunflower oil and fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
7. Assemble the grain bowl by layering cooked rice, noodles, spinach mixture, salmon fillets, and fried eggs.
8. Serve the bowl with sliced apples, bananas, and fresh berries on the side.
9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
