Recipe Name: Heavenly Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:
1. In separate heatproof bowls, break the dark, milk, and white chocolate into small pieces.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
3. Pour 1/3 of the hot cream mixture over the dark chocolate, 1/3 over the milk chocolate, and 1/3 over the white chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir each until smooth and well combined.
4. Stir vanilla extract into the dark chocolate mixture, powdered sugar into the milk chocolate mixture, and cocoa powder into the white chocolate mixture.
5. Place each bowl of chocolate mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm enough to shape into truffles.
6. Using a small scoop or spoon, form small truffles from each chocolate mixture and roll them in chopped nuts if desired.
7. Arrange the truffles on a serving platter and garnish with fresh berries.
