Hello Cake
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter, softened
-1 cup white sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
