Make Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb
Recipe Name: Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of lamb, frenched
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the rack of lamb with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, bread crumbs, rosemary, and thyme.
4. Brush the rack of lamb with olive oil, then press the herb mixture onto the meat to form a crust.
