High Protein Savory Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked quinoa
-1/4 cup cooked black beans
-1/4 cup cooked corn
-1/4 cup diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup diced red onion
-1/4 cup diced bell pepper
-1/4 cup diced jalapeno
-1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon lime juice
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, feta cheese, and cilantro.

2. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mix everything together until combined.

4. Serve the high protein savory breakfast bowl warm or cold. Enjoy!
