Make Homemade Dumplings

Recipe Name: Homemade Dumplings

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Filling of your choice (e.g. ground pork, shrimp, vegetables)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until a dough forms.
2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin. Use a round cutter to cut out circles for the dumplings.
4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
5. Heat a pot of water to a boil. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
6. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
