Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.

5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

6. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal portions. Roll out each portion into a round shape, about 12 inches in diameter.

7. Transfer one rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper. This will make it easier to transfer the pizza onto the hot baking surface later.

8. Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

9. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and then add your desired toppings.
