Make Homemade Stromboli

Recipe Name: Homemade Stromboli

Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced ham
- 1/4 cup sliced salami
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape.
3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
5. Layer the pepperoni, ham, salami, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms on top of the cheese.
6. Starting from one of the long sides, carefully roll up the dough into a log, making sure to tuck in the fillings as you go.
7. Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Brush the beaten egg over the top of the stromboli for a golden finish.
9. Using a sharp knife, make a few slits on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and crispy.
11. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
