Cherry-Konji Glazed Duck

Ingredients:

-1 duck
-1/4 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
-1/4 cup konji
-1/4 cup honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place the duck in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the cherries, konji, and honey.

4. Spread the cherry-konji mixture over the duck, making sure to cover the entire surface.

5. Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the duck is cooked through.

6. Remove the duck from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
