Make Honey Bacon Prawns

Honey Bacon Prawns

Ingredients:

- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

3. While the bacon is baking, whisk the eggs in a bowl.

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the prawns. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Add the honey to the skillet and stir to coat the prawns.

6. Add the eggs to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Once the eggs are cooked, remove the skillet from the heat.

8. Place the cooked bacon on a plate and top with the prawns and egg mixture.

9. Serve and enjoy!
