Honey Garlic Chicken and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and cornstarch. Toss to coat.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the honey, garlic, soy sauce, cabbage, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the honey garlic chicken and vegetables over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
